What is Baptism?

Baptism is an essential part of your walk with Christ:

After you put your faith in Jesus, your next step is to be baptized! But what is baptism? Water Baptism is a way to express to your community that you believe in Jesus! As a matter of fact, Jesus was baptized, his disciples were baptized, and it is commanded in the Bible that all believers be baptized! (Matthew 28:16-20, Acts 2:38)

Baptism is a fun and exciting experience! You will want to let your family and friends know so they can come, and we will make sure to get a video for you! We will provide you with a Pontiac Church T-Shirt and shorts (if needed).
