Next Gen Director/Minister

Pontiac Church is expanding its ministry and hiring a Next Gen Director/Minister to oversee kids and student ministries at Pontiac Church.  The ministry leader will work alongside the Lead Pastor to develop the vision and culture of ministry for the next generation, create interactive and dynamic worship environments, develop an outreach focus in ministry programs, and deploy curriculum and messages that give kids and students a Biblical worldview.

The candidate must have a deep love for the local church, a genuine care for people, and a heartfelt desire to serve God. As a key leader in the church, they must exhibit skill, integrity, and passion, representing our church and community with excellence.
